非常惭愧，已经好久没用中文下笔了。 我想最后一次写下一篇完整的文章，应该是23年前的事吧。 今天心血来潮，决定从今开始练笔，慢慢地重新体会中文字句的美。 昨天，有机会认识在阿拉伯街经商的巴基斯坦籍地毯老板。 本以为他只经营一，两间店铺，做点小生意。 谁知，我们越聊越起劲。他也开始畅谈他的家族生意。 令我感到非常有意识的并不是他家财万贯，而是他的营销手法。 其实在整条小街，他已开了7家店面。 每间店面咋看之下还以为所卖的货品都是一样。但其实每家的货在款式，质地，价钱都不一样，好让客户有多样化的选择。 我想只要有客户有意来此街购买地毯，尽管他货比七家，终归还是成为他的客户。可说是逃不过他所布下的天罗地网呀！ 此举让我回想起自己的房地产生意。我想在一种房产类别内开辟多条营销管道，提供多样化服务，争取客户，是接下来必备的。 然而很欣慰的，地毯老板的明智之举也与我销售概念也不一而同，我这两年来在网上设置的多条管道已开始奏效。 希望借此机会，可给与各位一点灵感及启发。 这是多年来下笔，感觉文字上有些生疏，下次肯定会更好。 再会！
