This is the place where I pen down little thoughts that I derive from the daily events that I come across in my exciting journey in the Real Estate Business.

In 2010, I have successfully launched an online sales course at www.TheSalesTortureChamber.com for Real Estate Salespersons.

In 2011, the inspiration to start this Blog came from Mr Robert Kiyosaki’s ‘Consipracy of the Rich’.  He drafted that book online while gathering feedback and views from his readers and fans at the same time.

My Real Estate Journal will be the first online interactive Blog in Singapore Real Estate Industry – completely written as events are happening and as your views pour in.
And I find no better ways to write this book other than to tap on the power of Social Media and Web2.0 site like this.
Throughout this blog, let’s examine the trends of the Real Estate Industry both in Singapore and around the world. The trends that are depicting the ways properties are being searched and marketed, the changing behaviour of consumers, the consolidation and disintegration of the Real Estate Companies, the rise of cross-border real estate transactions, changes in business models as regulations change and more.

I will also document events that I encounter in my daily work and any thoughts that arise from such encounters with different people across the entire social spectrum.

For Real Estate Salespersons/Agents, what’s also important though, is how these changes in our business environment are affecting YOU and ME in OUR Real Estate Businesses.

Where would we be in 5 to 10 years’ time?
How do our business evolve?
And what could we do NOW to better position ourselves to serve our clients in the years to come?

As I pen down the Chapters of this endless journal online, I would like to hear from YOU.
